I grew up always having rescue Basset Hounds as part of the family - we had 5 in total across the years. I spent my 20s in London working as a retail manager for Ted Baker, where I stayed until my last position, which was in the famous Harrods! I frequently dog sit for my favourite cockapoo “Bear”. When his family go on holiday, I move into their home and he and I have the best fun together

I’m the bookings team leader for Global Pet Relocation and have worked for the company for more than 20 years. I’ve been a dog owner for the last 18 years which is a result of being around dogs in the office and being persuaded that it would be lovely for my family to have a dog (which it was and still is). I had an insurance background and was made redundant in 2003 and just by luck discovered pet shipping. I enjoy organising moves for our client’s much-loved pets and no day is ever the same even after 20 years.

I head up the Documents Department at Global Pet Relocation, checking your pet’s vaccination records and ensuring they have everything they need for their journey to their new home. I joined the team in early 2021 and love the variety the job provides, never having two days the same! I’ve always loved animals - from borrowing the neighbours’ dogs at a young age, to volunteering at the local rescue centre, completing a degree in Animal Science, and now being the proud owner of two crazy spaniels, Willow and Twiglet!

Working in the family business from a young age, I have enjoyed every day of facilitating happy reunions between our pet owners and their VIP pets. Graduating from Aston University in 2012 I quickly realised my passion would be for pet relocation. I have been very lucky to work with an incredible team of colleagues who continue to develop and improve the entire pet relocation ecosystem. At home with my wonderful wife Nina and our two sons are Laika the Boxer and Mac the tabby cat (a.k.a. ‘the boss’). When not at my desk you’ll usually find me on the golf course or, more recently, growing flowers in the garden!

I'm the marketing manager for Global Pet Relocation and have always owned pets from a young age - growing up we had several loopy Siamese and Burmese cats. I spent my teenage years waking up early to muck out our horses before school and heading straight back after school to go riding! After several years working in the non-profit and insurance sectors, I joined the team at Global Pet Relocation where I really enjoy working on our corporate social responsibility, knowing that as a company we can help animals beyond delivering for our clients.

I'm responsible for organising many aspects of the pet relocation process, and I really enjoy collaborating with agents worldwide to orchestrate the smoothest possible trip for our clients. I've been lucky to have had many pets growing up, from guinea pigs to cats to goldfish to miniature goats! Since joining Global Pet Relocation, I was encouraged to welcome a four-legged furball into my life and now I am the proud parent of Gene Parmesan, the Samoyed. Before joining the Global Pet Relocation team I worked in the medical sector for 10 years.

In my first career, I followed a passion and trained in horse care and management, along with teaching riders with different abilities for several years. I then served as a Police Officer for 23 years! I love animals and I have been fortunate to have owned and cared for horses, dogs, cats, ducks, hamsters, tortoise, guinea pigs and rabbits. I am doing a job now that I had never even thought of and I’m loving it! I particularly enjoy connecting with clients to help and support them with relocating their much-loved pets.  I live with my husband and two Goldadors. We are busy supporting our two sons, both starting their careers – one of whom has just completed university and the other is just starting university.

Animals have always played a part in my life and I have grown up owning dogs, cats and horses, and now have my own crazy Cocker Spaniel called Dougie. I joined GPR in 2020 following my previous roles as a complaints specialist in the insurance and energy industries. I enjoy working for GPR as I love animals and I am passionate about their welfare. Growing up we have always had pets, whether that be dogs, cats, hamsters, birds or fish! I have always been more of a cat lover, particularly when my British Shorthair mix Koko came along - she loves a cuddle and bird watching in the garden. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for my pets, so I feel I can really relate to our clients when they say their pets are their babies! No day is the same at GPR and I find the whole relocation process very interesting.

I joined the company in 2017 having worked within Clinical Data Management for several years. Co-ordinating pet moves as Senior Bookings Specialist for GPR is often challenging, but rewarding and varied - no two days are ever the same! We had family pets (dogs, rabbits, and birds) when I was growing up and my own dog, Hartley, was my world so I understand how precious every pet is to their owner. It’s great to be part of a team dedicated to making every pet move happen as smoothly as possible and to see families happily reunited in their new homes.

I joined Global Pet Relocation after several years in customer services, travel and finance and never looked back. There isn’t a better feeling to making a family’s moves complete by moving their precious pet(s) with the utmost care and attention. I have worked with and owned animals my whole life. I started with some lovely Labradors and a cheeky terrier growing up. I started working at a gundog kennels in my early teenage years and qualified as a dog groomer. I grew up in Oxfordshire but now have a little smallholding in Cambridgeshire with my husband and pre-teen. We have five dogs, three cats and six chickens to keep us busy. My daughter is a keen horse rider and hopefully soon we’ll have some (larger) four-legged friends. We compete in competitive agility with the dogs.

I have been working at Global Pet Relocation for over 10 years and I love it! As a pet relocation consultant, I enjoy providing peace of mind to anxious pet owners.  I assist with pets relocating between Europe, the UK, North America and Canada, as well as domestic moves in the US and Canada.  All with the aid of our quotes team, documents team and a booking specialist. Our family have always had dogs - two boxers, a poodle, two dachshunds and a border collie Misty, who I miss dreadfully.  These days I am always happy to pet sit for friends and family.
