It can be trickier to transport snub-nosed dogs like Albert the French Bulldog due to airline restrictions. For Albert’s trip from Czech Republic to Florida, USA, we combined both flying and driving to reunite him with his family as soon as possible. His trip started with collection from his home and two flights to New York City via Frankfurt on snub-friendly airline Lufthansa. After stretching his legs in the Big Apple, Albert was chauffeur-driven straight to his family at their new home in Florida with plenty of rest stops along the way. Albert’s owner, Helena, said, “All the people we were in contact with were really helpful to us and positive-minded. We were fully satisfied with all the services you provided us with. It really made our family complete again. Albert is doing great enjoying his pension in Florida and loves his new home and endless sunbathing!”
When Labrador Cross Ares’s owners planned to make an international move, they were worried about how their precious furry family member would handle a trip of over 1,100 miles. “After seeing all the processes, we were sure that if it wasn’t for you, we might not have made it on the day we arrived,” said his owner, Cana. The door-to-door service involved collecting and flying Ares from the family residence in Istanbul, Turkey through to delivery at their new home in Basel, Switzerland. With the expertise to transport any type of domestic pet, we helped much-loved Call Ducks, Bean and Wobbles, with their trip from the UK to San Francisco. According to international regulations, the ducks would be treated as commercial poultry, not pets – certainly not the case for Bean and Wobbles! We successfully negotiated a special arrangement between the agricultural departments of the UK and US for the feathered friends. The ducks’ owner, Amy, said: "When I had to leave the UK, I was forced to leave my pet ducks behind. I was absolutely devastated, it was just awful. Most pet relocation companies rejected my case because of how difficult it was. Global Pet Relocation stepped up to help us when no one else would, and they went above and beyond. Mike truly cares, even after nine months of bureaucratic red tape he refused to give up. He understands that even though they're feathered, they're still family! We are eternally grateful.”
Beagle girls Asya and Frosia went on a long-distance road trip from Poland reaching London, With pickup directly from their home, they reached their new residence in the UK in under 24 hours. Travelling by road meant that the dogs’ ‘baggage’ could also be transported, including their favourite blankets and toys, food, collars and leashes. Their owner, Eva, said: "I cannot express my gratitude enough for your exceptional help with relocating my two beagles from Poland to the UK. Our consultant was absolutely excellent, she made the whole process very easy and stress free.
